David did an outstanding job on our 2018 Newmar Ventana 4037. We had a very challenging HVAC situation involving older Dometic Penguin II heat pumps, a CCC2 thermostat system, and compatibility concerns with the newer FreshJet 5 units. This was not a simple plug-and-play replacement. David took the time to thoroughly research the system, understand the coach configuration, and carefully work through the integration details instead of rushing through the install. He was professional, patient, methodical, and honest throughout the process. What impressed me most was that he never tried to oversell or bluff his way through the complexities. He was upfront about the compatibility concerns, communicated clearly, and ultimately delivered an incredibly clean and professional installation. Both new units are running great, the electrical loads are balanced properly, and the coach is cooling far better than before. It’s difficult to find RV technicians who combine strong technical ability with integrity and attention to detail, especially on higher-end diesel pushers. David absolutely does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other RV owners, especially anyone dealing with complicated electrical or HVAC issues.

Dave is exceptional! He was working on a trailer in the same storage place as I keep mine. We were planning on heading out on a trip and discovered our legs weren’t working. My roadside service said they couldn’t have a repair service come out for to help for hours. Dave drove over, asked if he could help, and boy did he ever help!!
