We were traveling to Minnesota and our car died on the road. We had it towed and I called ahead to find a repair shop that could fix it that day. The tow truck driver said in good conscience he couldn't bring it to the shop I had called, he suggested Honest Lees. We went there and they fixed the car that afternoon and got us back on the road. If we are ever back in the area and have any car issues we definitely will take it back to his shop. Thank you soooo much for your service. We enjoyed your dogs as well.

We had a loud vibration under the car about six miles from Boulder and we limped into town. I searched for a local shop and found this one. They were so nice, fit us in within 20 minutes, fixed the loose splash guard (making the noise) and had us out the door with a small fee for the service. What a blessing to have randomly found this place. Thank you!

Honestlee should be called DIShonestlee. I brought him my vehicle, and he pulled the motor apart, but he couldn't reassemble it, as he told me he attempted 3 times. I didn't drive more than 5 miles, and my motor completely blew. He lied about it being ready and just wanted it out of his shop. What should have been a $1,100 repair turned into more than $12k in repairs at another shop. I was fortunate that I was able to hunt down his insurance since he refused to give me a policy number. After 3 agonizing months, his insurance paid me. He did not cooperate, and he then started telling me it was my fault. STAY AWAY. He is clearly having problems as a long-time customer; he is now doing bad work, and other reviews are stating he is doing bad work just as of recently.

Lee and his team have treated me very well over the years and always work quickly to get me back on the road. They catch things I wouldn't have caught, explain issues and show me what's happening in my vehicle, and provide fair estimates and quick turnaround times. In a county full of scammers and shady businesses, Honest Lee Auto stands out with no-BS assessments, quality workmanship, and old-fashioned service. They also have a comfy, animal-friendly waiting area if you need to hang around during a service. ✨Five stars ✨
