I normally don’t post things like this, but my recent experience with this company was so frustrating that others deserve a warning. I waited 8 weeks for a hood that cost almost $900, and the way it was packaged was unbelievable — no foam, no support, nothing securing it. It was literally tossed in a box and hoped for the best. Of course, it arrived damaged. When I reached out, communication became inconsistent. At one point, they told me they wouldn’t ship another hood, and then suddenly switched to saying they would not, with no communication or explanation beforehand. So when they told me they wouldn’t I filed a dispute — I had to protect myself after feeling uncomfortable doing business with them. I even told them I would remove the dispute if they could provide simple written confirmation that a replacement was actually being shipped. Instead, I got constant back-and-forth and zero straight answers. Very confusing how he went from not wanting to send me another hood to agree to send me another hood to then not wanting to help me at all even after telling them that I would remove the dispute once I have confirmation that the package has shipped. After all the waiting, all the confusion, and even having my painter scheduled, they canceled my order entirely and refused to send anything. I genuinely try to support small businesses, but this was handled poorly from start to finish. I’ve never had anything like this happen with Summit, Jegs, or any major supplier — they communicate clearly, stand behind their products, and package properly. Just be careful when purchasing from this company the ratings say it all and I have never felt so disrespected and helpless from a company. I’m trying to do business with. Please keep records of conversations when dealing with this company I’m posting this to save someone else from the same headache, lost time, and frustration. Proceed with caution.

unprofessional customer service Quality of their products for $300 is not worth it. my part come cracked that’s how it was sent out they were trying to tell me that it got cracked during shipping, but where the crack is there’s no way and it was packaged. Fairly decent. Also tried telling me that it was just the gel coat that was cracked and I sent them pictures, but there is a clean break

Very strong and durable fiberglass. Its not the cheap stuff Ive come across in the past. Fitment was spot on out the box. I did have to do minor grinding and sanding on the hood for perfect fit but thats okay. Custom fiberglass takes work and time. For the price you cant beat it. Customer service was always there to answer any questions I had. Shipping time for my 67 front end was around 3 weeks. Make sure to order with time and ask for availability. From my understanding most of the big parts are made to order.

You charge my card and have me wait months to get the part, also to create more time you will create a shipping label but never drop off the item to be shipped, I just wish you were more transparent about shipping times. That's all bro I'm willing to wait for a decent product. Just work on your shipping time frame and don't lie.

ALL CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! I normally do not waste my time writing reviews or complaining as I like to resolve issues in a civil manner but this company is a sham. They do not communicate with their customers or update order information. I had to call several times to get updates (which were false by the way). I was told my item would ship out on 29 May 2020 and still have not received anything, not even an email. I had to officially dispute my transaction with this company and hopefully this issue can get resolved. I would not spend my money or waste my time with this company. I knew their products and services were too good to be true.
