I have no problem paying for labor, but charging 200$ per hour is insane. And to not let the customer know that thats how much its gonna be is outright distasteful. My driver went in to patch the tire, the bolt were on too tight and they had to work a little long to get the loose. This I understand but them not letting me know that theyre gonna charge 200 per hour is insane. I wouldve never continued. Terrible customer service *UPDATE* I received a call from the owner, I am extremely appreciative that he reached out. I let him know of the situation and he graciously refund me half of the amount i paid. This showed a lot about how they do business and its something i will keep in mind next time my truck breaks down. Thank you for rectifying the situation. You are in good hand with them.

I bought a new car and all kinds of things were wrong with it, they took it in when nobody else around town would and got it figured out. If you have car troubles they’re the team for the job!:)

excellent service, brought my car in it needed a motor and turbos. Rodger and his crew did amazing work. Jessica the service advisor was awesome and friendly communicated with me the whole way and made sure i knew all that was going on. Today marks almost 10 years since I first found R&R fleet services LLC. There is a reason why I keep coming back. It is always hard to find a business that you can trust. My friend Trym Jenkins owner of R&J Auto in Bosque Farms recommended them to me years ago. I want to again thank Roger for giving me options for my repair needs as well as fast and accurate work. If you need Auto/Truck repair, give them a chance to turn you into a repeat customer.

I was traveling eastbound coming out of Albq on I40 in a NM DOT semi and belly dump loaded with asphalt,when a airline under rig let go and rig lost ALL secondary air pressure coming thru Tijeres canyon.I put the tractor trailer on the shoulder,and did a brief walk around and could not see or hear leak. Traffic was heavy!! I proceeded to call our NM DOT mechanic he was 150 miles away..and he was enroute..less than 10 minutes later a Ř&Ŕ service pickup stopped in front of me,and offered their assistance. They proceeded to do a examination of semi and found the issue.Simple fix!! Rodney and Gilbert are a outstanding asset and employees of R&R fleet service. Thank you gentlemen..I WILL recommend R&R to my fellow drivers.!! They repaired my disabled unit and I was able to operate my semi safetly on the roadway.
