The best shop in town! I called 4 shops yesterday to get serviced for a flat tire through GEICO and they all said that they were either too busy or not open, it was 4pm on a Monday! But guess what??GARCIASsaid it was cool that they’ll wait for the tow truck to arrive so I can get back on the road!!! Now that’s a business that deserves more than 5 stars!! Thank you Lorenzo!!
View on GoogleFriendly, fair, quick, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, honest. I originally came just to get a quote on tires and just to research. We travel often and I knew I needed new tires soon but wanted to know which tires of my tires needed more immediate attention, the brand they recommended and a quote. Lorenzo was patient through my uncertainty, answered my questions and educated me about the information listed on my current tires. I took some time in my car to digest the information provided then decided he was being honest and fair. I requested two rear tires and he immediately went to work. While the tires were off, I asked about the condition of my rear brakes and rotors, as well. Lorenzo had no problem quickly inspecting them. I noticed he even added metal valve caps to the stems, as well. Even though it’s a cheap part, the attention to detail is greatly appreciated. He was even patient when I asked him navigate a junky trunk to check my spare at the last minute. The cash price does not include tax. I don’t even think they charged for installation. I’ll be back for my front tires. Update: New front tires are secured. Same excellent service from Lorenzo. Thank you 😊
View on GoogleStopped through Moriarty on our way back east. Started losing pressure on a p/u truck tire. Found Lorenzo at Garcia Tire. Had us back on the road in thirty minutes. The best part was talking to Lorenza as he worked. What a nice experience. Did I mention he had us back on the road in thirty minutes?
View on GoogleWe felt like this was our go to place. After buying several tires, we had a bead leak on one of them. We returned to get that repaired, and was charged $20 to repair. That evening the tire went flat from the same leak, upon return we were charged again to fix it. Customer service is pretty poor. We will only return in a pinch if nothing else is open.
View on GoogleOne of the cheapest and greatest people at this tire shop had a nail in our tire. And showed up right when they closed he still got us in patched it right and only wanted $20. Nicest dude and I wish I had this store down where I lived
