I cannot recommend Steve and DPF Doctors enough! My husband’s truck broke down in Santa Rosa, NM, and I called Steve at around midnight. Even though it was after-hours, he answered right away. He showed up bright and early the next morning and had my husband back on the road within 20 minutes! Because my husband couldn't drive the truck to the shop due to the knock sensor and EGR system issue, Steve came directly to us—he will travel anywhere in New Mexico if you're stranded. From start to finish, his communication was amazing. Unlike many repair shops that try to take advantage of drivers in a tough spot, Steve was completely honest. Became our saviour. Guy 100% knows what he is doing. And what is extremely important, everything happened as the mechanic described. We got Aftertreatment problem in the Moriarty area. And the problem was not about NOX sensors, but some issue with DPF filters itself Guy offered us few options how we can reach our yard. We were in a rush, so couldn't stay whole weekends to check and clean if needed filters from Monday. We never were upsaled, everything went nice and clear. Price is great, communication is on a high level. Very peculiar about explaining what exactly he is going to do with you truck. Very satisfied overall! Definitely recommend if you need assistance in the area
