We had our house built in 2016, and after nine years, our windows have started showing some small issues. My husband and I had no idea where to start when it came to repairing or replacing them. He called Home Depot but was quickly informed that they do not repair windows — they only replace them. After a bit of sticker shock, we were back at the drawing board and, honestly, feeling pretty overwhelmed. I called Total Glass Solutions, hoping to find a local business that could help. I spoke with Richard, who was not only friendly but incredibly professional. He was completely transparent and, when I explained what was going on (and how clueless I felt since we’ve never had to repair anything in our home before), he was patient and reassuring. Richard quite literally “held my hand” through the process and gently told me everything would be okay. He explained that it sounded like a balancing rod issue and, given the age of our home, it might still be covered under warranty. Then he said, “Tell you what — I’m going to make some calls and figure this out for you.” He told me to give him 20 minutes and that he’d call me back. Sure enough, 18 minutes later, he called with great news — our windows were still under warranty! He even provided me with contact numbers for our home builder and the window manufacturer, along with a direct line to the warranty department. Richard went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. He could have easily come out for a paid consultation and kept quiet to benefit himself — but that wasn’t the case. His honesty, kindness, and genuine desire to help truly stood out. Although only the parts are covered under warranty, I plan to have Total Glass Solutions LLC (and Richard!) handle the repairs because of the incredible customer service and compassion he showed to one overwhelmed millennial homeowner (haha). Richard, thank you for being humble, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’m looking forward to working with you soon!

View on GoogleFixed two double-pane windows in the house, one pretty big. Replaced and repaired screens. Did great work and was quick. I'll be calling them back for some heavy glass shelves, picture frame glass, and some custom curios I'll be building. I'm looking forward to hiring them for a lot more work.
