Hands down the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever dealt with. My vehicle has had many services performed here and they have always been HONEST, fair and very descriptive of the issues and my options. I observed one of the mechanics replacing a pan on my transmission and he took the time to make sure that he tightened the bolts in order and to the correct recommended torque. I know most other places just tighten up and move on. This place will be open, honest and up front with you for your vehicle's needs and their services. I will be a very loyal customer for years to come.

Overpriced. Fails to fallow through or follow up despite trying to defend himself on social media when people make legitimate complaints. Use a shade tree mechanic first. On Wednesday December 17th I took my 1993 oldsmobile 88 royale to have my fuel filter and brakes replaced. I originally purchased the parts from O'Reillys to do the work myself. Regrettably, for convenience sake, I called and they agrees to do the work. I was quoted approx $300 for labor. Giving the benefit of the doubt despite the obvious guaging, I dropped it off first thing as they opened and wasn't told it was ready until almost closing. Distracted by the frames in the lobby, in the typical mechanics cash grab, I was told that there were other issues that needed attention. False faith in hand, I agreed to bring back the car on Monday. Thursday morning I go to start my car and it took several tries before the engine finally turned over and actually started. Never had i had an issue with it NOT starting on the first time. It continued to do that every time I cold started. Very concerning and aggravating considering I received my vehicle back in worse condition and this is the only way I have to travel. On Monday, I again returned with false confidence hoping, i explained in detail the new issue and the problems it was causing. AND AGAIN after them having it all day, I picked it up. The "diagnostic check" that I was being charged for was over an additional $100 initially. I was told that tlhe pictures that were taken of the issues were lost due to employee error. I was told the that the issue with starting was the FUEL SENDING SWITCH. And that to fix everything they found, including the new "problem" that was created from taking it to him was going to cost me over $3000. Christmas day, after 45 minutes of trying and using an additional vehicle to jump the battery, i was able to get to work where I was stranded until my buddy towed and actually fixed my car. I left a message that same day informing him and he has yet to try to "fix" the problem like he tries to guilt trip people who make complaints. Definitely not wasting my money on there anymore. Lets see his excuse now.

Honest, communicative, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem the first time. All for a reasonable price, no surprises. Found my forever mechanic. HIGHLY recommend!!

Stay Away!! They are Liars. Dropped off my Van for Engine check Repair on a low transmission code & fix a small transmission leak. Jiffy Libe ran the code day before. Topped off fluid light went off for a day. Called to make appointment.. Van stayed still till i started it to take in their shop. Light went on. Amanda upgraded the work order to include Engine light check & repair. I asked if a mechanic could do a test run to tell him & show him about a slight vibration i heard and felt at 40 rpms..And that my transmission seemed to lag. He Told me it was only a bolt leak in oil pan and would remove & replace. All new fluid & filter. That only a donut gasket would get the chk engine light to go off & not to worry. Even tho when i picked it up after the trans pan fix my exhaust was hard rattling & my chk engine light was still on. They said i never requested them to fix it and even denied it was even on when i dropped it off!! Yet it was ON when i picked it up!! So i went to the muffler place to get the donut gasket they said i needed to fix the engine light and end the loud noise that showed up after their 440.00 "repair" !! But when i left & got a check read on my Van.. it came up as the Selenoid was in need of a replacement.. which they never did!! AND the muffler place said the seals were stripped off right next to my Transmission box pan they removed!! from someone that attempted to tighten wrong or hit them loose.. & That there is no such thing as a donut gasket.. and a muffler is not a check engine issue code. It was the selenoid that needed to be replaced to fix the chck engine light that is still ON!! So not only did they not fix the chk engine code they busted my manifolds!! And LIED about the work order. But i took a screenshot of it right in front of Amanda the day i dropped it off. Time stamped. You see Liars never WIN. & All i wanted was my 440.00 money back to put towards the $1885.51 in damages they caused. but instead they lied.. and i have their guilty faces on video as proof. They not only refused to refund me her bully husband who only showed up the day i paid.. called the cops to have me tresspassed. So now it is on record that this very kind Cop has me recorded stating the truth and exposing their lies..and the loud noise of my broken exhaust manifolds that did not exist as wittnessed by neighbors and friends the day i dropped it off! Keep clear of these horrible people. I will be uploading the video i took of these theives & their cowardly faces.. so you can see both Amanda & her Mechanics shame on their faces as they deny the truth of what actually happened & LIE and LIE. And to Also have for submission to the Attorney General that the kind Officer reccomended I needed to contact & file a report with, to get my money back & i will also be requesting his recording of our exchange. And of my Vans broken manifolds deafening noise .. as i leave this horrible place called Rimos Automotive .
