I am not normally a review writer but the exceptional service I received at Melloy Service had to be told. We had been trying to get our recalls done for almost a year now at our local ford dealership but Ford finally told all recalls had been put on hold by ford so we were headed to south NM so thought we will check for parts and just do it ourselves. All four dealerships in Albuquerque said they could get parts in a week so that was a bust so last dealership was in Los Lunas so we gave them a call. Tom, in the parts department, said they had parts, and would leave a message for D'angela to call me back, once she verified the parts were, in fact, in stock. I was passing through Los Lunas and just decided to stop by. This was 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon mind you. Unbelievable, not only did they take care of that recall we had called about but they had parts in stock for the other three recalls that were pending and did them as well. D'angela was amazing. She would come check on me every 20 mins or so. Update me on what was going and so forth. I have never, in my life, had such great service. She also advised me of their mobile unit, that is fully equipment, even for oil changes. They can travel an hour, so meeting in Albuquerque, would be no problem. View on GoogleThe manager at the service department is a real character. Cant tell him nothing he acts as if everything is a burden on him. Your job is to help customers and be actually helpful. The service is horrendously slow, and wont do as you ask them to, they’ll just change your oil and say they did a full inspection but dont. You’re better off taking your vehicles to Albuquerque.
