DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I took my 2018 Escape in to have a new water pump put on. As the front right quarter of the car would be torn apart, I had him put a new timing belt on as well. The timing was never right. The car wouldn’t run right. It took several phone calls for him to return my call and tell me to bring the car in. He had it over six weeks and supposedly put new parts on it. It ran as bad or worse after that as it had when I picked it up the first time. I took it to another mechanic to have it checked and the parts Johnny said he had replaced with new parts were the original Ford parts —he had not changed any parts! I didn’t pay for anything because I told him I had not authorized any new parts to be put on the car. He had never called to ask me about it or tell me what he was even doing with the car. The car ran perfectly when I took it in and never ran right after that.
