I called to check prices on an oil change ($55 for synthetic blend, $75 for full synthetic, and extra quart ~$3.75), and asked if I needed an appointment. They said no, and that I could come by anytime. So then I do that, and once I get here, they tell me it'll be at least a couple hours before they can get me in. 🙄 Needless to say, this is not quick by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't have time to sit around for hours twiddling my thumbs. They should either have appointments or have appropriate staff so that customers don't have to wait for hours on end.

John went ABOVE AND BEYOND! This customer service is top notch! I can’t thank them enough for ensuring my car (after blowing TWO tires) got back on the road safely and timely. As a young woman traveling alone, I really was so relieved when they answered the phone BEFORE THEY EVEN OPENED and started assisting me. So so so thankful!!

Got us in and out without an appointment in less than 2 hours for an oil change and first service on a new truck.

Just Wow! This place actually cares and is honest. This is my first time ever leaving a review. I’m driving cross country when my car capped out at 40mph on the interstate and would hardly accelerate (I drive a Kia). In a panic I took it to the nearest auto shop and had the good fortune of meeting John. This place swiftly took me in, and looked at my car. John gave me sage advice, patiently fielded ALL of my questions, and got me back on the road. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I called the number and called again and again and again i dnt knw how many time i called but more then 5, finally someone answered but it was not actually someone from that location i asked if i could get som tires 19.5 mounted on my rv can i schedule an appointment. I was told that there should not be a problem with that just go in and they can take me as a walk in. I had called from about 11am to about 3 pm. I showed up a about 315 pm with my rv and asked if i could get these tires that i already had they were brand new installed on the front of my rv. To my surprise i was to told they do not work on rv. My response im not asking unto work on it just put tires these tires on. Same response. We dnt work on rv. I said oh. He said too many bad experiences with rv so we just dnt. I asked well if i just have the tires separate will u mount the new tires on the rims . He said yes. I asked if i could use a jack real quick. He said no. I thought it was worth a try to ask. In my head i think ok i got an hour and half to get these tires back here to get them mounted close time 5pm . Not an easy task but doable. 458 pm i get back all there bay doors r shut i walk up to the door its lock and the two guys just look at me dnt say anything looking away then walk away i stand there for like 5 min then walk away. Im not really mad so much that they didnt take my business at 458 2 min to 5pm close because i get that it sucks, its bad business, but i can understand y. What i dnt understand is y me as a customer would get ignored. And also i dnt understand y no one answered me calling over and over to that location because if someone had answered they would have been able to tell me, hey man we dnt work on rv. I could have then brought the tires in by them self to get them mounted. So thats my bad review im sure the boss guy there will remember this exact time this happened. And to u sir i say u suck. Because u could have helped a customer a person a human, and i could have left a great review about how i showed up 2 min to close and got my my tires mounted and balanced, but u didnt help, so i cant leave u a great review about how u save my day my weekend about how i didnt get stuck in new mexico for the whole weekend or whatever. Really i didnt get stranden i just broke the tire dwn my self and mounted the new ones on without getting them balanced and i made it back to colorado without incident. But no thanks to these guys cause dont seem like they care about the people much at all. My gramps and grandma lived in Edgewood for years and i mean a long time before the service place was ever there for sure like 50 year they lived there and not that means any thing special but i do remember a time when it was a great little town. I bet i would have got better sevice then for sure. Should have just went up the road 10 miles and went and seen sal i bet he would have got me some service.
