My husband was hauling to SoCal and his truck’s radiator cracked. Luckily he located JBK Automotive & Performance 🙌. He stopped in once they opened and not only did they say they were able to fix it, but made the time to take care of him immediately - radiator & install (unfortunately Ford doesn’t make it easy for the mechanics - see photo) Thank you JBK for being great humans - fixing his truck so that he can get back to work.

They are the most honest shop I have ever been to. They got on it pretty quickly & even gave us a ride 4 miles back to our camper. John (1 of the owners) , Franklin (mechanic) & Mike (Shop Mgr) are amazing at their jobs. Thanks for gettimg us back on the road quickly. View on GoogleI was so grateful that JBK diagnosed my vehicle the same day. I was driving by myself when the battery light came on. I needed an alternator which was promptly ordered and received. It was installed and I was back on the road. Everyone was professional and courteous. I stopped at Quick Lane tire and auto first and diagnoses would be in 24 hours, I was then told it would take 24-48 hours to repair after diagnosis. I also felt the price at JBK was reasonable. JBK, an oasis in the desert!

They replaced an upper oil pan that leaked again after I had traveled 7 hours (they have done a few other things for me that had no issues so im guessing it was maybe a defective part). They took care of everything and worked with another shop where I was to get it fixed (and did so without hesitation). I will definitely recommend these guys.
