Roseanne Knox was great to deal with in the beginning. She made you feel like she was going to handle things for you. Jump ahead 4 months she won't answer your call nor call you back. They have had our transmission and lockers for 4 months with no idea of when we will get them back. They haven't even responded to the dealer we bought it from. Nice machines but customer service isn't so good. Keep your money
View on GoogleWhat I like about Oreion Motors is they actually built something different. The Reeper has its own style and personality and doesn’t feel like every other side-by-side on the market. Mine has been reliable, fun to drive, and surprisingly practical too. Definitely one of the more interesting vehicles I’ve owned.
View on GoogleDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I ordered a part almost 2 months ago and still have not received it. In the case that you do happen to talk to an Oreion Motors representative they just give you the run around. In my case I have spoken with Roseanne Knox and Ashley...both are useless and offer NO help in resolving the issue of delivering the part that I ordered and paid for. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS CORRUPT BUSSINESS AND IT'S EMPOYEE'S
View on GoogleFantastic customer service! I had a problem with my 2015 Reeper 4. When I called I spoke with Roseanne Knox who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She responded immediately with an email that included some information that I needed and she walked me through the possible issues and clearly explained the solution. As I was working on the machine I called her back to verify some of the findings and ask for some additional clarification and she was once again, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. I was able to correct the issue and the machine is running great! Thanks Roseanne. I love the Reeper 4!
