My car broke down on a Sunday 650 miles from home. They worked with me and my situation and took the time to explain what was going on. I was even served lunch which to me is way outside of normal customer service.
View on GoogleWhen in for a simple window track and motor replacement for a mini van. I bought my own parts in and was charged $318 on a job that should only take a hour tops. Way to overpriced. I should have read the reviews first. The people were nice but that price is just ridiculous for something so simple.
View on GoogleWarning: I was charged $548 for an oil change and a tire rotation. $188 for labor on the tire rotation and oil change. ($48 of that was the oil.) I was charged again $140 for the tire rotation. So $328 in total. (An additional $196 charge for charging my A/C unit.) (Another charge of $23 for “supplies”). I asked the front desk guy to clarify a few discrepancies on my bill and was told “that’s the nature of the beast”. Update: I spoke with the mechanic and they refunded me $140 of the $196 A/C charge, because that work was not performed. I made it clear that I am not a complainer and I wasn’t asking for anything for free or discounted. I genuinely felt like I was taken advantage of. So in total I left with a bill of $408 ($428 after I assume the card fee) for an oil change and a tire rotation. If that’s their shop rate, that’s their shop rate and I’m fine with paying whatever they charge. Just let this be a warning that if you’re not prepared to pay $400+ for an oil change and a tire rotation this may not be the place for you. (Check my reviews, I only leave 5 star and never criticize businesses. Especially small business.)
View on GoogleI said I had an offer to get work done for $800 and was looking for a better deal. They said they could do it for less, then charged 1100. I can understand unexpected cost happens. But then I had to take it back so they could put it back on the motor mount they missed. Cool, they fixed that. I go out to drive off and notice my bumper is hanging with a new scuff like they tapped a dark colored car. I asked for a fix, the guy tried to jam it back together, said it looked like it had been replaced before, and said good enough before walking away. When I went back in to address it, Paul just walked right out like he was suddenly busy. I left to calm down and went I was calmer called in to ask for something back so I could get it fixed and Paul said they didn't touch my bumper, then hung up on me. So, in all, don't trust these fools.
