We had an awesome experience dealing with Pete's Pro Truck & Auto Repair! We were traveling across the country, when our Ford F350 thermostat needed to be replaced. We called, and Letisha was so gracious, and got us an appointment for the next day. They were very professional and thorough, and Letisha was the nicest person to deal with! We HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repairs you might need!

I took my car in for an estimate with my car looking clean & neat, i picked it up today & they went through my glove box & middle console & spread it across my car. They stole my bluetooth plug in. All because I chose not to do $5,800 worth of work on my 2006 & this is how they chose to return my car. I encourage you not to do business with this company & if you do I suggest you take out bluetooth, chargers, & anything that you may think you can leave in your car; they will steal from you.

I have had the opportunity to share my experience with repair by our own hometown business. I called him on a diesel repair the first time. He was on time, worked on my vehicle, and diagnosed my problem. I was back in business that same day. I contacted him soon after that repair about shop work. I was told he could get to it within a couple days or so. He is superman in my book, I then had him work another repair. His prices are very reasonable along with his knowledge. First it cost me 10,000.00 and 4 months of waiting and then when I get truck back the heater hose blew off and lost all water good thing I was close to a place to get water and find where it was next I took them a new fan and radiator to put in it was never installed. I had to buy a new radiator to put in on the side of the road and still had to trailer the truck into there shop to get looked at now it's going to cost me $3500.00 more to get it out which I don't have and they will not stand to take up part of the bill to there negligence I would not recommend them to anybody. And on top of that I got a trailer in datil that is sitting there in the open and they don't care if it gets taken it should be 0 stars from me. So back to my truck issue again so after all that petes takes and puts new injectors and ficm in my truck they keep my old injectors and put in the new set that they put in the old motor that they replaced with the new motor so I had a set of new injectors okay so when they took out the old injectors out of it and put these new ones in they kept my old injectors for a core which doesn't belong to them belongs to me because I already had the set of new injectors so long story short they kept my old injectors which were not theirs because they didn't need a core because the injectors came out of another motor that they pulled out of this truck so now I'm wondering where my $1,600 is for my injectors I pulled out of my truck or where are the injectors you took out of my truck. Cause you did not need a core charge for the new injectors I already had. So basically you stole 1600 dollars and charged me 3500 to do the work so you guys made 5100 dollars to change my injectors nice job thanks for stealing from me
