Jasper in the Truck Care department is the most humble and helpful person I've come in contact with at any truck stop repair! I needed some trailer tires checked out for their PSI. They had those self-inflating hoses on them auntie explain to me what they work for and that he thought they weren't working. Kid disconnected them, aired up my tires, and help me secure a spare tire I had. He wasn't rushing me or belittling me. I wish there were more LOVES employees like him. ALSO, THE GENTLEMAN at the fuel desk inside loves, with the long blonde hair, was a sweetheart. Definitely will be my go-to fuel/text stop! Belen, NM

The Service manager lied over the phone about the capabilities of their shop. I drove an hour on my day off to get my transmission serviced after being told by their shop manager that they could perform the requested work (a transmission fluid change). When I arrived the mechanics told me they aren't able to service it, and never have had the capabilities to service my transmission. Terrible service.

This place has pathetic communication skills. Had issues with my company's computer and their computer communicating. Did they reached out to me and try did get this issue resolved. NO!!! They decided disregarding the issue would resolve it. But the "boss" did argue about their "POLICY" against resolving the issue. How was it resolved? A simple phone call made by ME. No apology. Just rudely talking over me, and doing NOTHING to resolve the issue. Will NEVER be back to this location again. 14 hours for a grease job.
