If I could give 50 stars I would!! I was broken down on a Saturday night and early Sunday morning I started calling the 24 hours mobile mechanics that were on the list One other place got back to me that couldn't fit me in but Gary not only fit me in but he sacrificed sleep to make sure that I got back on the road safely! Not only did he address the actual problem but he also make sure that all my fluids or topped off My brakes are okay he went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! He was courteous he was professional he was timely and he was my angel that day! With having 19 hours ahead of me to drive I left there feeling confident that I would have no other issues with my vehicle and I would arrive safely! He also made me promise to him that I would text him when I finally got to my destination to make sure that I got there okay! 50 stars with customer service personality and quality work and very very very reasonable pricing! Thank you Gary not only did you help me but I also gained a friend!! If you are in this area and you are broken down there's nobody else other than Gary to call he will make sure he gets you where you need to be!!!!

Mr Martinez was responsive immediately. We are passing through with our RV and tow car and our auxillary belt broke on our Mini Cooper tow car. He promptly called, diagnosed on phone and went and picked up a new part; then came to our vehicle and fixed our car. He replaced the belt and was incredibly knowledgeable! I would recommend him for any mechanic job. A mini Cooper is not an easy car to fix and he replaced the belt issue quickly and professionally. Additionally, he is incredibly affordable reliable and honest. We appreciated his integrity and expertise.

Martinez mobile auto repair, knew exactly what the issue was before looking at my vehicle. I was not expecting the repair to be completed as quick as it was, I called him on Wednesday and he was at my house the very next day, he showed up when he said he would and even finished the repair before his estimated time of completion. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicles. We will be using his services again!

Got stuck in Taos on a Sat night/Sun morning with brake problems on a cross country trek. Reached out to Martinez Mobile Auto Repair to check availability and he responded in under 2 minutes that he was willing to make the long drive out. A few other mechanics never replied (understandable for a Sun morning on a labor day weekend).

Called Gary up, sent a picture of the problem. He already knew what to anticipate. Once he took the tire off and saw that the brake had literally fallen off due to a bolt breaking off, he made the appropriate phone calls, and the parts were ready to be picked up. He's knowledgeable, professional, and AFFORDABLE. You will not go wrong calling him with your auto issues. We had made calls the day prior and were getting quotes that were 3x higher than him for mobile services. I can certainly appreciate a person who is not looking to take advantage of people just because they have the ability to. Thank you so much for your work, and we will definitely be using your services for our vehicle maintenances.
