I took my vehicle in to have the A/C inspected and was initially quoted around $1,000 for the repair. I asked whether a used part was available, and I was later told they had found one that would bring the cost down to approximately $820. After considering the estimate, I decided not to move forward with the repair. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised to be charged $225 for labor, even though no repair work had been performed. At no point during the inspection process was I informed of or asked to approve a diagnostic or labor fee. The first time I learned about this charge was when I arrived to pick up my car. My main concern is the lack of transparency regarding the fee. Had I been informed upfront about a diagnostic charge, I could have made a fully informed decision. Clear communication about costs and customer authorization should be a standard part of the service process. While the staff was courteous, the unexpected charge left me disappointed with my overall experience

I took my son’s vehicle in for brakes and rotors and a check engine light on. Chuck got us in the next day and we’re out within 2 days. Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. They were able to fix the check engine light issue and replaced the brake pads and rotors. I highly recommend this place for car service needs. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

They even found a bad Trans-axle from a previous repair / replacement. Repair took a bit longer than I had hoped, but my Volvo is running as good as new. Great customer service and will be returning for any major items.
