Last August, my AC compressor went out and I had these people come out to my home to replace and repair. When the part had been installed, the mechanic told me that now the AC isn't cooling, and he demonstrated that the relevant fuse keeps popping. He replaced the relay and the same thing happened. As I wouldn't need the AC for a few months, I postponed investigating the issue further. This week I brought the car in to another mechanic who has done excellent and honest work for us before, and his investigation found that wiring had been deliberately spliced to reverse polarity to the compressor, which in turn fried the compressor that I bought from this mobile mechanic.
