Xpress Mobile Tire & Roadside Assistance

This is a good review, but it starts off a little rocky, so bear with me. :) I had a tire with a slow leak, and when I went to various tire repair places I had to wait for an hour or two - and on my day off, I don't have an hour or two which I can spend waiting around. So I looked for mobile tire repair, and Xpress Mobile Tire is one of those which came up. I made an appointment for him to come and fix the tire where I work - but he didn't show up (that's the rocky start, or part of it). I was, naturally, unhappy, and demanded a refund. The next day I got a notice that he had in fact refunded my money, though it's not yet hit my bank, a week later. Anthony, the owner, explained that his booking service had told him the appointment was for the day after I made it, which is why he hadn't showed up. I tried contacting another place, but didn't hear back a word from them, so in desperation I made an appointment for today with Xpress, this time at Coronado Mall, since I was going to be in that part of town anyway. This time I selected the option to pay at the time of service, because I wasn't going to lose another $50. Well, I was there, and he showed up a few minutes before the time. He quickly found the problem with the tire and fixed it - and because I haven't yet received the refund, he did it at no charge. He's a polite young man (young to me, anyway :) ), who has a well organized little shop in his truck and, as far as I could tell with my inexpert eye, knows what he's doing. He didn't try to do anything I hadn't asked for, he didn't - as I said - charge me for this trip, and in the end I'm sorry I was sharp with him the first time around. If I ever need any more tire work, or if I need new tires, I'll contact Xpress Mobile Tire. However rocky the start was, this is a business that knows its business, and if Anthony isn't running a crew of people and trucks in a few years, it'll really surprise me. He's that good, and he deserves to succeed.

Anthony (Xpress’s owner) came by in a timely manner (barely > an hour, as I was parked at my home) and gave quick, affordable, and professional service. As you can see from the photos, he did a wonderful job and I was able to use my vehicle immediately after. Also, with years of previous experience, he’s clear very knowledgeable about tire repair. I highly recommend Xpress for your tire repair needs!

XMT life saver!!! Fast, friendly Reasonable. What more can a distressed person ask for!? Driving up on Unser and Universe area got a sharp thick wire lodged in tire pulled over and start searching for Road side insurance help Allstate. I love my insurance but XMT was faster! Within 25 minutes he he arrived, took the tire off, fully repaired, installed and back on the road again! In a jam call Express Mobile tire! Highly recommended five stars!

Anthony was professional and on time. He saved me a lot of time by coming to my home to change out 4 tires on my work van. This is an appointment that usually takes a full day at any other business. He completed the work in less than an hour. I highly recommend Anthony at Xpress Mobile Tire.
