These guys are really top notch. Had some after market warranty work done, and they did everything possible to save me some money. They communicated very well, called me with updates instead of waiting for me to call them. Final product was perfect. Fourth time I've dealt with VMP -- a couple of oil changes and some minor maintenance. Their prices are fair, service excellent. They even cleaned the truck inside and out. Best vehicle maintenance place I've ever encountered, ABQ or anywhere across the country.

Rick is respectful and runs this business with integrity. He’s been helping me keep my vehicle in good shape this last year and I am always impressed by his kindness and thorough look at what is needed for a long life with my car. The shop is always spotless and you can tell by their smiles that they enjoy and take pride in giving top notch service to Albuquerque drivers. We need more shops like VMP! I’m unfortunately never bringing my vehicle here ever again. Brought it in for an oil change and to fix a sound coming from my dash. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am. I had to call them at 2pm for updates and magically, my vehicle is ready for pick up…except they also tried to quote me well over 1k on a job for my vehicle that isn’t even half that. So for 5 hours all my car got was an oil change. They didn’t even fix the noise. They only charged me for diagnosing it. I never spent $200 just for an oil change, cabin filter and a diagnose on a noise. That’s insane. I had been bringing my vehicle here for a couple years now and this was what made me lose my trust. Sorry not sorry.

Highly Recommend! I had a great experience at VMP. The team was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable-they clearly explained the repairs. I was nervous going in alone, but the prices were very reasonable and I never felt taken advantage of. Service was fast and efficient, and when I picked up my vehicle, it had been washed and vacuumed! I was even greeted by their sweet shop dog, Molly. Honest, friendly, and professional! I'll definitely be back!
