I went to The Garage because it was located near my home however throughout my experience with their team I left feeling like my son's car was in good hands with them. It was just an unexpected, good experience. It's not often that you receive customer service like that. It makes it memorable and makes you want to recommend them to friends and family. Over time, we’ve brought in all kinds of jobs: a long-parked F150 with major repairs needed, a hot hatch with engine trouble, a BMW needing solid diagnostic work, and routine maintenance on a Sequoia — oil changes, front brakes, the usual. Every single visit, the work was done right. What keeps us coming back is how they operate. They explain issues clearly, lay out realistic options, and never push unnecessary repairs. Their pricing is fair, and when big repairs came up, they even worked with us on payments — something we truly appreciated. Will deserves a mention. He’s professional, upbeat, and always keeps things running smoothly at the front. He’s got a good sense of humor and makes the whole process a little lighter without ever distracting from the business at hand. If you want a shop that knows their craft, communicates honestly, and treats customers with respect, THE GARAGE is the place. They’ve taken care of every vehicle we’ve brought in, and we trust their work completely.

This place is awesome. I did read all the reviews prior to taking my car in for service. The way I see it is this, There will always be a few negative reviews for any business. So I scheduled my appointment and took my car in for service. The front office people are very friendly and helpful. I got a courtesy ride home. When my car was done the next day they called me and asked if I needed a ride back to pick up my car. Most all other shops I have been to will not even offer that service. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism and quality of the work. The mechanic came in and showed me the failed control arm on my car. Now my car drives like new again and no more funny noises when driving. I will definitely be taking my car back. Fair prices and quality work. Don't let the reviews from other people that seem to have nothing better to do than try to ruin a business scare you away. I had a great experience at The Garage and will definitely be back and will refer them to friends and family. Thank you to the crew at The Garage!

Called to get a rear motor mount swapped with a higher performance one. Was questioned why I dont just go to the dealership and use my warranty since my car is only a year old. I clarified the current mount is fine just want it swapped which is lifting the car and taking out a couple bolts its less then an hour job I just dont have the tools to do it. Was told "let me look it up and I'll call you back as soon as I can" and of course no call back. If they don't want to make a quick and easy check or just don't understand what the customer is asking for simply state that. I dont doubt the work is solid but their communication and customer service is what will keep business away.

The Garage deletes ANY and pretty much all negative reviews on Google Maps. What ONCE used to be a reliable, trustworthy business, is now a temporary fix shop. Come here to lose hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for temporary, subpar fixes and to be lied to repeatedly by William, at the front desk. They don't take accountability for ANY mistakes they make, and multiple signs signs are posted in The Garage stating The Garage is not responsible for any items missing or stolen from CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES. Also, severely overpriced, even if The Garage WAS HALF as reliable as they used to be, in the past.
