I pulled in during a pretty stressful situation with a tire leaking air from the valve stem and another needing a patch, and Rigo, Julian, and Wally jumped right in to help. They were calm, knowledgeable, and had everything handled faster than I could finish my coffee. What really stood out was how confident and honest they were — no guessing, no upselling, just people who clearly know their craft and genuinely care about getting you safely back on the road. I drove away feeling genuinely relieved and a lot more confident in my car. Having driven across the country, shops like this are hard to come by, and Rigo, Julian, and Wally absolutely earned my trust.

I stopped in only a couple hours before closing and they took care of me immediately (there was no wait at the time). They had me in and out in about 30–40 minutes with two new Bridgestone steer tires mounted, balanced, and installed. The price was very reasonable, actually less than I would have paid online just for the tires themselves before installation and balancing. The two technicians who worked on my truck did an excellent job. They torqued everything properly and even took the time to carefully remove and reinstall my lug nut covers tightly and correctly, which I appreciated. The woman at the front desk was also extremely punctual and friendly. She had two separate quotes ready for me in under a minute. Overall, all three employees I dealt with were professional, efficient, and excellent to work with. Great service and a very fair price.

I came in stressed with badly worn front tires on my Sprinter, 2000 miles from home. Mercedes had previously tried to sell me a ton of parts without giving me any real measurements or justifications!! Josh was outstanding. He ran a full computer alignment report, showed me every number, and clearly explained what was actually going on. My camber and toe were basically perfect — alignment was not the problem. He was honest, patient, and genuinely understood my situation being so far from home. He came across as extremely competent, trustworthy, and compassionate. He earned my complete trust. Needless to say, I bought two front tires here and left rest assured that I didn’t have extensive alignment or suspension problems like the Mercedes dealership tried to profiteer off of. One of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this technician, Josh!

Ricky and Isaac both did an excellent job taking care of my flat tire. They were courteous and professional. I bought the tires when it was A/B tire, but Southern Tire still honored my purchase and repaired my tire with no charge. It’s been a few days and it’s holing up great! I highly recommend.
