Roadrunner Transmissions

I had a transmission rebuild by these people on a 2015 Ram, 3500 probably has less than a 10000 miles on it don't use the truck very often. Truck started hard shifting so I called him. And of course, the excuses and lines of basically trying to avoid checking the transmission or warranting the work. The owner is extremely rude. Now I took the truck to another transmission place, and their telling me it needs to be rebuild. I will add invoices and pictures later on to this review. Follow-up? Wow. End up how to get a new transmission again. All the transmission had actually 6500 miles on it. It was a bad build and road runner of course don't wanna fix the problem. See pictures of damage. I don't see how you say you care about your customers that have ran into multiple people and they all have one complaint about your work. It's garbage, met one guy. He had a transmission rebuild by you guys and the day of delivery. The truck wouldn't even drive in reverse. I met another person that you guys had supposedly rebuild the transmission for? And the transmission still failed and you guys just keep going back to your old bs of it's electronic problems that's your way of getting out of things. You also put a ton of silicone on another person's oil PAN cuz You broke the screw and a transmission was leaking. Oil? So you guys don't care about the customers you just care about ripping off people, that's it.

These people are a real piece of work. Don't trust him with your vehicle. They definitely won't warranty their work don't make every excuse to get out of it, and then they'll make it your fault. I don't see why you're acting concerned now. You sure weren't concerned when I first called you if you were concerned, then we wouldn't be in the situation we're in now.
