Charged $260 to "replace" a radiator hose and my car was a mess driving home — multiple sensor lights came on and it barely went over 2,000 RPM. I could barely make it home. They clearly rushed the job, didn't bleed the system properly (air trapped), and made things worse. They overcharged me for the part, “waived” the diagnostic fee but still billed $160 in labor for a hose, and now won’t respond when I tell them it wasn’t fixed. Act nice in person, but poor workmanship and terrible follow-up. Would not recommend. Stay away from this place. Update: Since this business would rather come at customers with a rude argumentative tone, here's an update, they had said it was $60 to diagnose. Diagnose means you find the problem and fix it. When replacing a hose you would think making sure there wasnt air trapped would be part of it. So no. It wasnt the last autoshop place. It was laziness and lack of through diagnosis. I texted this place to let them know the issue was still there. They read it. Said nothing. Literally 48 hours and a 1 star review later, thats when I receive a response. They called 3 times then told me they took pictures of before and after their work. And thats relevant how? Picture dont mean anything when your work was sub par. I paid $260 for my car to keep overheating. You had a chance to reach out to me prior to this review. The way youve handled this issue has been 100% unprofessional.

View on GoogleHad an amazing experience with these two! We are from Colorado and broke down in Albuquerque on Saturday and literally didn’t know what to do. They came to us at 10pm and checked our car and told us they could fix it the next day. They were so friendly and had the work done in less than 2 hours so we could get back on the road! I can’t express how unbelievably grateful I am for Diana and her husband for making a stressful situation stress free!! I would recommend anyone to them and honestly I would make the 8+ hour drive down there for them to do all my mechanic work if I could!
