My battery died on a Tuesday night due to a bad/old alternator and I had to have my car towed home. I called Luke on a Wednesday afternoon, he was at my home to diagnose the issue within 2 hours, and my car was repaired within 24 hours of the diagnosis. It's hard to find a reliable mechanic. And I believe everyone has probably been ripped off or upsold at least once, especially when you don't know much about cars. But Luke is honest, fair, reliable, knowledgeable, and quick. He asked what types of parts I wanted him to purchase (OEM, new, or refurbished, etc.), provided an estimate and detailed breakdown before doing the work, and there were no hidden fees or costs. He provides a 2-year warranty on parts and labor, and the convenience of him coming to you is wonderful. I have already mentioned him to others. I will absolutely use him again!
