I used to use Jerry when I had a shop to rebuild my transmissions (Car Tech) recently, I sent him a customer (next door neighbor) and without going into details they received the worst service ever!! They were ripped off!! AND Jerry was rude!!! Albuquerque is a small town! Sad to see this kind of business practice in the Albuquerque, I have gown up in! Sad, Disappointed, Hurt and Disgusted!! Jim
View on GoogleJerry did our transmission in our Ford 350. Jerry said he was putting in a stage four transmission, we paid 4300.00 and it only lasted for 3 years. He was very rude when I called him. I will not be returning to this shop.

View on GoogleUsed to bring my vehicles here for all maintenance and repairs for 2-3 years, now I would never return. If I'm considered a good customer, would hate to see one he (Jerry) doesn't like. Would take weeks to get vehicles repaired, as they sat in back storage. Instead of informing me he couldn't do a repair, he hired an outside mechanic who took 3 months with my truck, and that mechanic kept injectors that I just purchased and replaced, as he charged me for new injectors again, "because they didn't work". Additionally I had to pay another shop to fix the work his mechanic screwed up! Prior to this, I replaced my front hubs myself, and he accused me of not paying him for the work until I showed him my receipts and pictures I had taken during the repair... Unfortunately, Jerry has just gotten out of hand over his years, I'm assuming due to his frustrations with his workers.
