The team at the North Valley location is phenomenal. I recently purchased two vehicles and brought both of them in for a thorough inspection before fully committing. The first vehicle ended up having some issues, and the team immediately stepped in to help. They worked closely with me to determine whether the extended warranty would cover the repairs and handled everything on their end to get the process started right away. Ultimately, I decided to return that vehicle, but when my second one arrived, they were happy to perform another detailed inspection. It’s hard to find businesses you can truly trust these days, but I genuinely felt the honesty and integrity of this team. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about vehicle warranties and extended warranty coverage so I could make informed decisions. I really appreciate that they were looking out for my best interests rather than just trying to sell a service. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive professionals. As a bonus, the office itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and welcoming. It’s a refreshing change from the typical automotive shop atmosphere.

I’ve been here a few times with my 2 cars and I gotta say I love the service here. The guys go above and beyond and Andrew gives excellent customer service. My car was actually within the transmission warranty, they called the dealership and got me covered. The staff here are caring, give great service and have good prices. Keep it up! A trustworthy place I can trust and there’s not many, especially for automotive repair.
