I can’t say enough good things about VICTOR!! My sister had a blowout, she was stranded, and it was 6:45 pm- shop closes at 7:00- He had a bit of trouble locating her which put it even later, but he didn’t give up. He found her and got her up and running well within 30 minutes. That’s integrity right there!! I definitely thank God for this man and his work ethic!! 🏆

These guys are a great staple in the community, and they deserve their recognition. In my unexpected emergency situations where I've needed a patch job or tire replacement, they have not let me down. I am always amazed at how cost efficient and reliable they are. I always expect to pay more than I do, and end up leaving with my needs fulfilled and that extra cash still in my pocket in trying times. I waited outside of Discount Tire Co for 30 mins before they opened one morning, hoping to get my tire repaired, as it had a screw in the tread. The manager there is always telling me that my tires are not patchable, and that they do not have any used tires my size in stock. Then he proceeds to try and sell me the one tire for $250+ like I just have money to dump, even after explaining my tight financial situation. The only time I ever got a free tire repair at Discount was when that manager was not present. Knowing I was being lied to, I was even declined when I asked for air in my leaking tire so I can go elsewhere. I drove from there (paseo and i-25) to Loya's Tires, and they immediately repaired my tire with no problem for a quick $15 bucks. To me that is cheap, convenient, and I will gladly return and recommend their service to anyone in this situation. The used tires are always in great condition and last longer than you'd expect for the price. The quality of their work is always exceptional. Support these local shops over Discount Tire, they will take care of you!
