Have had various work done on both of my Toyotas; L&S does not disappoint in the quality of service.

These guys are GOOD. When the AC compressor went out on my low-mileage 2003 Nissan Frontier, they were able to check the entire system and replace the compressor in the same day. And at a fair price, too. Would I go back to them for another repair if I needed it? You bet I would.

I don’t usually write reviews, mostly because I assume most places are just going to disappoint me in a creative new way. But Luke’s shop somehow managed to do the opposite. Not only did they fix my car, they restored my faith in humanity, mechanics, and possibly even internal combustion as a concept. First off, Luke himself. This man looks at an engine the way a falcon looks at a flushed covey. Focused, calm, and about to make something happen. I rolled in convinced my car was one weird noise away from becoming yard art. It was making a sound I can only describe as “metallic regret.” Luke listened for about three seconds, nodded like he already knew the car’s entire life story, and said something along the lines of “yeah, we’ll get you sorted.” No panic, no upsell, no dramatic sighing like I just asked him to rebuild a spaceship. The shop itself is exactly what you want. Clean enough to trust, but not so clean you think nobody actually works there. Tools where they should be. No mystery piles of parts that look like they came from three different decades. The whole place runs like a system instead of chaos held together by zip ties and hope. Now the actual work. Fast. Like suspiciously fast. I was mentally preparing for the usual “leave it here for a week and we’ll call you maybe” situation. Instead I get a call way sooner than expected, and I’m thinking “great, this is where they tell me everything is catastrophically broken.” Nope. Fixed. Explained clearly. No weird jargon meant to confuse me into agreeing to things. Just straight answers. And here’s the part that really stood out. The bill. I braced myself like I was about to get tackled. It was fair. Like actually fair. Not “mechanic fair” where you still feel a little violated, but legitimately reasonable. I almost asked if they forgot to charge me for something. They didn’t. Turns out honesty is still a thing. Also, my car now runs better than it did before it started trying to die on me. Smoother, quieter, like it went to therapy and worked through some issues. I didn’t realize how bad it had gotten until I drove away and thought “oh… this is what it’s supposed to feel like.” One more thing. No nonsense. No pressure. No trying to sell me on ten extra things I don’t need. Just solid work, done right, by people who clearly know what they’re doing and don’t treat you like an inconvenience for showing up. If you’re tired of shops that act like your car personally offended them, go see Luke. If your car is making a noise, leaking something, shaking, or just giving you that gut feeling it’s about to ruin your week, go see Luke. If your car is perfectly fine and you just want peace of mind, honestly, still go see Luke. Five stars. Would trust this man with my vehicles, my future vehicles, and probably anything else with moving parts

Took my car in for a diagnosis. Price is reasonable and staff are very friendly/knowledgeable! George was covering the front desk today, and he also did my inspection. He really took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Gave me some great recommendations for local tire shops too! I trust him and the L&S team. This will be my go-to auto shop moving forward!!!
