There’s nothing like going to an essential service professional and getting exactly what you’d hope to get. Friendly, professional, expertise, prompt service, straightforward, ect. Robert was absolutely great and checked all those boxes. I had issues with my radiator a couple of weeks ago and literally stumbled across them as I tried to figure out why my car began to suddenly overheat. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my vehicle at such a reasonable price. Ive had no issues since then and just brought it back this week for brakes. Again, he was super quick to diagnose and repair. I can now ride quietly and brake smoothly at a reasonable price. This kind of service in the auto industry is hard to find and hard to beat!

UPDATE: The shop’s response is inaccurate. They claimed they fixed one thing and that my remaining issue was a "separate recommendation" I declined. That is false. The actual source of the problem was the front lower control arms. I ended up replacing the lower front control arms myself, and the noise/issue immediately stopped. Your team completely misdiagnosed the vehicle, charged me for a "fix" that didn't solve the core issue, and missed what was actually wrong And on top of that is still trying to cover up their mistake If I could give less than one star I would . I went in trying to get a squeaking. When I turn the wheel they said what was wrong with it fixed. It took a week to replace front struts as I drove away these very same squeaking I went in for They did not fix the problem charged over $800 for something I probably didn't even need. When I tried to contact them to have you fix it I got no response. All I got was a different response saying we tried contacting you. They never did. This never sent an email in response. I would not recommend not professional or knowledgeable.
