Very happy with the service here! Friendly, good customer service. I try and avoid major chain shops for auto work, and was pleased with the courtesy at JJ's. I called for a last minute tire request and they were able to fit me in, and inspect the used truck I had just purchased. They didn't try to pressure me into anything unnecessary when I mentioned I could take care of some of the work needed on my own.
View on GoogleWe called really early to arrange for a tyre replacement due to a puncture and they told us to come down asap. When we arrived, they looked at the flat tyre and said they’d see if they could fix the tyre first before replacing to try and save us money and time. They managed to fix the tyre within 30 mins without any hassle. All of the people who worked there were incredibly friendly and helpful & very professional. I didn’t feel pressured or out of my depth in any way. I was worried about only fixing the flat as I’m doing a cross country road trip but they reassured me that the tyre would be fine. They fixed the tyre for less than $25. Definitely recommend.
View on GoogleI came to JJ's after a reference from a friend. I had been hearing a strange noise from the front right side of my car and wanted to get it repaired. They explained that the CV axle was worn and that they wanted to replace it. I gave them the go-ahead, and it was worth around $1300. I gave them as much time as needed and picked it up when they said it was ready. Within 30 seconds of being on the road again, I felt and heard the same noise that I brought it in for. This made me believe that it had to be another issue within the vehicle. A few months later, I took it into a different shop to determine what the noise was. They explained that the CV axle had too much play and that they were surprised it hadn't completely broken. Due to this, I'm giving JJ's a one-star for charging me an exorbitant amount of money without even resolving the issue.

They’re honest, reliable, and truly care about their customers. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else—highly recommend!
View on GoogleBrought in my vehichle for an oil change a couple months ago thinking they could do it faster than I could myself. Didn't save me anytime, but whatever. Just went to change the oil myself now and discovered that JJ's had WAY over-tightened the oil drain plug. Rookie mistake. I could not get the plug to budge with hand tools, to the point that the plug bolt started rounding before loosening at all. Going to try another mechanic to help me out of this situation.
