So I took my Toyota 4Runner to Jay Walton’s for repair after hitting a deer in the mountains and they did a great job other then the tech that worked on my car forgot to put one of the running boards back on which i understand stuff happens. But this is where it gets interesting lol…how I don’t know but I didn’t even notice it was missing till almost 2 years later so I called Jay Walton’s when I did finally notice and I was almost positive they would not do anything about it considering it was 2 years later but to my surprise they ordered me not one but two brand new running boards so they match and installed them both at no additional cost to me! Now as a small business owner myself this is customer service at its finest! Thanks Jay Walton’s automotive for making this right that speaks volumes! Hopefully I don’t hit anymore deer but if I do i definitely will be a returning customer!

I wish I would have taken my truck to Jay Walton right after the accident in Jan 2024, but I took it two other places that tried to rip me off and had the worst experience of my life! They and the other driver's insurance company totaled my truck and even tried to convince me that my truck's frame was bent! And after 7 months dealing with those 2 other companies and giving them almost $10,000 my truck still wasn't fixed! A co-worker told me about Jay Walton and promised me they would take care of me and my truck.....and Jay Walton to the rescue! Even though they were given a truck that was missing the entire front end, they were brave and knowledgeable to take on the challenge! Not only did Jay Walton do the diagnostics to discover if my truck's frame was bent, they proved it was not! And they never tried to take advantage of me or be dishonest. Ryan kept in touch with me with updates and was always quick to find out answers and address any issues that came up. Best of all, Jay Walton had my truck completely repaired in 2 months! And my truck looked better than it did before the accident! I can't thank them enough for turning a horrible nightmare into a positive experience with a very happy ending!!!
