View on GoogleI called this shop about a check engine light/emissions issue. Before the vehicle was inspected or diagnosed, I was told the entire catalytic converter would need to be replaced. I was surprised since no diagnostic testing had been done yet. I believe proper testing should be performed before recommending a expensive / major repair. I recommend others get a full diagnostic and possibly a second opinion before agreeing to expensive work. On top of that the person who I talked to questions why I would think it was an O2 sensor issue. Instead of properly explained why it wouldn't. Super unprofessional. (Also to add the code I was getting was P0420, so this could've been multiple reasons for the check engine light)
