Donny's shop was very professional and friendly had a screw in my tire gave them a call was able to be see with in 30 minutes. Damien and Marty were super helpful since i had aftermarket lug nuts and special tires on my truck they were able to do an emergency temp fix on my lifted truck tire and I wouldn't have a flat overnight. So I would be able to get it fix in the morning. You guys are awesome Thank you! 10/10
View on GoogleIt was the weekend after Thanksgiving. I had "transmission" light come on outside of Santa Rosa, NM. Found a tow truck to haul me to Albuquerque on Saturday. I called Donny's Automotive because it was after noon and they were OPEN. I spent 3 hours there and they ran diagnostic tests and took it for a drive. Transmission light never came back on, and we all discussed my options. They were concerned, sympathetic and kind. I felt quite confident of continuing my drive to Sun City West, AZ. Their pricing was very reasonable and I never thought I was being taken advantage of. Thumbs up to Donny's definitely 5 star rating

I got a status text every day and each time there was an update. I appreciate the constant communication, transparency, fair pricing, and timely service. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleFor years I have been hesitant to take my vehicles to any one. Donny and his team have gained a loyal customer for life! Thier professionalism and ability to work with you and your Finances helped me so much. On top of all that, they made sure to complete each task correctly before moving on to the next. There was multiple issues and leaks happening and they handled each problem with the utmost care making sure my truck was in the best condition possible before my trip. The one hour I spent waiting for my diagnostic test I witnessed Donny himself make calls, speaking with customers in the most respectful and polite manner, and trying his hardest to get his customers the best quality and at a great deal as well as making purchases, I am truely impressedwith his multitasking skills!. His team also does the same it was actually refreshing to see. You can tell that team runs on good manners and full respect for one another. 👏 Good work ethic to boot. Donny is the hardest working man I've ever seen!
