I brought my vehicle into CT’s Transmissions for some transmission problems and they handled it perfectly. They were professional and straightforward from the start. Carlos really is a master at his craft and explained what was wrong, fixed it fast, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The car shifts beautifully now. No more hesitation or weird behavior. I’m genuinely impressed with how well they took care of both me and the vehicle. If you’re in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho or anywhere in New Mexico and need transmission work, this is the shop I’d recommend without hesitation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND These guys are fair and fast! Got my suburban going in just a little over a week. They go the extra mile. I threw a temp battery in it just to get it to the shop. They cleaned the terminals and nuts and bolted it in. Been driving over a week now and its running smooth and strong 💪 Also thanks Vidal for cleaning up the undercarriage, again the extra mile. Great price and a great warranty as well!

I took my 2009 Chrysler van to CT when its transmission started going out. We were looking for an honest, straightforward mechanic who wouldn't give me the "little lady" treatment. Carlos was knowledgeable and he and his team work hard! The Chrysler runs perfectly now and he took care of other small issues as he found them. We were so pleased that we took our 91 F250 in. Several years ago it suffered a really hot transmission after hauling some weight up at altitude. The shop we took it to afterwards screwed things up so much that my automatic was more of a standard. Not pretty. CT's helped us diagnose the issues, got the truck transmission running better than new! He advised a shift kit and an external cooler (very affordable additions) and got us running. Extremely honest, thousands less than the other guys and all work was completed quickly. The work on the truck cost even less than the van! Thank you, Carlos! Outstanding character, work ethic, and competence at CTs shop.

Had my TH350 rebuilt here and 2 days later it went out not due to the work got a faulty pump Carlos worked with me and got it in and fixed right away with no issues they did a great job and will be back to have them swap to a 700r4 soon thank you for the support when it was needed
