Got my transmission fixed here through my dealership, I’ve waited too long to post this. From the beginning I was given the run around, communication was poor. When I got my vehicle back I have had nothing but problems, practically rebuilding my engine at this point even when I’ve replaced the problematic parts and I got my vehicle back in 2024. It’s coming to the point I’ll be forced to get a new vehicle. Terrible experience with this establishment that I didn’t even want to take my vehicle back there.

After taking my Ford expedition with transmission issues to a transmission specialist, another mechanic and finally Central automotive LLC, Central automotive was able to scan and detect the issue with my transmission and repair it using my warranty and working with warranty company to cover the cost. Transmission has been running great for 3 months now. No problems. For a smaller shop, they really outperform some of the bigger shops that say they are specialist but can't actually identify the issue and will refuse to even work on a expedition transmission.

I took my Chevy equinox there to be worked on and I was pleased with the work and price. I was given a warranty so that was a relief. Alex worked on my vehicle and communicated with me the whole time. He was so friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone. I am a single mom who knows nothing about vehicles and I feel like he was honest and he tried to help me the best he could.
