They were very professional and courteous. I pretty much knew what the problem was when I took it in for a diagnosis to make sure. After they inspected the vehicle they called me and let me know that that was the problem which ended up being a passenger side drive axle. They did not try to sell me a bunch of extra parts and create extra labor charges like some shops may be. My car was repaired within 2 hours and is running great. They also repaired it at a reasonable price which was really really helpful to me.

I'd like to thank Issac and all the other wonderful people who worked and fixed our vehicle. This was not an easy job not to mention it's a foreign vehicle we could not find a trustworthy or dependable automotive shop to help us get it back on the road. I called in explaining our issues we were having. We had an appointment the same day had it towed in the next day by the afternoon we finally had an answer to the problem. Within a couple days our vehicle was fully fixed and ready to go. Unfortunately we did not have the full total amount owed Browns automotive was very understanding to our situation and it was no problem they held our vehicle without issue.

The service was outstanding: reasonably priced, prompt and polite - fantastic communication, extensive diagnostics, and they got the repairs done quickly and correctly. I had an oil change done and I had a gift card which is covered most of the service the guys there are very nice. The only thing I was not happy with is after the oil change was done and I went to pick up my truck. there was handprints all over the hood in the fenders. I think that people should take a little extra time. Check the vehicle when they’re done doing the repairs other than that, they’re very good group to work with.
