I don't normally write reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I've come to brown with a couple different vehicles. Every single time they are not only amazing but they don't take advantage of me. They are fair on their prices and very thorough. Their customer service is above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic. Thank you browns automotive for being great.
View on GoogleGreat service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Although I was not able to get the tires I wanted Brown’s was able to find similar tires for much less. This was also the only place I could find that could handle my Promaster 3500. I will be returning for regular maintenance.
View on GoogleI came to Brown’s to get my brake fluid replaced and to get some idea of what other services might cost because I had been serviced at Toyota and they wanted a lot of money for those services. Brown’s easily cut Toyota‘s prices in half for the work I wanted done. And they did a complete inspection of my truck with pictures of everything. They were incredibly thorough, honest and clear in their communication and they have a customer for life.
View on GoogleWe needed to have our RAM Promaster 3500 serviced and Brown's Automotive Experts was both really efficient and very reasonably priced. I was especially impressed with their customer service and their approach to an issue we had with one of our tires. They outlined both the best case and worst case scenarios. Unlike so many other repair shops that would automatically try to charge a customer for the worst case scenario, Brown's was able to solve the problem without charging us an "arm and a leg". We'll definitely return for our next scheduled service or when any other issue arises.
View on GoogleGetting my car serviced is honestly the last thing I want to do. I might need to bump that up a bit on my list. I've been to Browns a few times and I've been really happy with how things went. They only do repairs that are necessary for safety, and they don't push me to fix other stuff that can wait. I feel good about picking up my car, and I have to say, their customer service is top-notch.
