I took my car in for shocks and struts replacement. Even though I just had an alignment done, the manager told me I would need another alignment done. I had the work done and when I got out on the highway my car was pulling to the right. I took my car back and was told it would cost me to have another alignment done. I explained I had just paid $2300 to have the work done and thought they would honor their work. Nope, I only had a onetime alignment and there was no guarantee on it. Safe to say it is the last time my wife and I take our cars there. They definitely just lost returning customers for a wheel alignment they should have done, since they didn't do it right to begin with.

This place is a joke—overpriced and extremely poor communication. We were originally quoted around $180 for a brake job on my grandmother’s truck, but the price suddenly jumped to over $1,500 just for brakes & rotors once work was discussed further. It felt like the cost increased without clear explanation or transparency before moving forward. My grandmother is elderly, and we were helping her through this process. Instead of being clear and straightforward, everything felt pressured and confusing. Went to Autozone and did it ourselves for $300. Also we had an appointment at 10am. my grandma sat in the waiting room for 2 hours just for 1 tire to be taken off and they still wanted to charge for a labor fee. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience. 0/10

Thank you for your hard work and good service! I had a minor complaint and I discussed it with the guys and it was adressed right away. Its important to know what you are getting done and how much it will cost. They are very good about explaining why something costs what it costs, especially since everything these days seems to cost more. See you next time.

Rear brake job! Desperate to get the brakes done asap….If I would have had time I would have looked for someone else to do it because brake masters charges 5x the price of anyone else! They are good if you’re in a severe pinch or extremely wealthy and don’t mind throwing money away other wise make them your last option! Employees are nice enough and service is completed timely enough.
