The shop is great! The manager Jose and Assistant Manager Luke were both extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure I fully understood the service and were time efficient. Exceptional service from the tech as well. The front office area is nicr and clean, they offer cold water and coffee is available. I will be a loyal customer to Brake Masters shop #196 forever. Thank you very much gents!
View on GoogleVery disappointing experience at the Brake Masters on Coors. I originally paid for a diagnostic at another Brake Masters location and later moved closer to the Coors location. Before scheduling, I specifically asked if all Brake Masters locations shared records and honored each other's recommendations. Instead of answering professionally, Romeo asked, "Why don't you just go back to the other Brake Masters?" I scheduled an appointment to replace my spark plugs, but the day before my appointment, an employee didn't even seem to know what work was being done. Then, on the morning of my appointment, Romeo called and told me that if anything went wrong after the repair, I would need to go back to the other location. When I asked for clarification, he simply repeated himself in a louder tone. At that point, I canceled the appointment because I no longer felt comfortable. Romeo's response was, "That's a good idea. Go back to the Estancia location." Poor customer service, poor communication, and an overall unprofessional experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
