Went above and beyond helping me after my car died. I ended up here because it was close to where my car stopped working but would go out of my way to go to this shop again. They communicated well while diagnosing the issue. I would highly recommend. Great customer service and a great team that wants to help you have a well running vehicle.

I called inquiring about a diagnostic test and other questions I had. Ray answered the phone, he was condescending and left me confused about the questions I had. Told me the diagnostic test is charged by the hour. His explanation about pricing was ridiculous. Decided not to book an appointment with this shop because of that. I called Firestone and they have a flat rate for their diagnostic test and they were a lot more reasonable and helpful.

Hector Melchor was super helpful and friendly today! He did a great job explaining all the different recommendations to me and breaking down the pricing in a way that made sense.

*****Predatory sales!!!**** They will spray some kind of film into your air filter and throttle body to foul up your engine.bso you'll have to come back. I also noticed they loosened my spark plug fixture so it ran at a rough idle so that my engine light would come on. And you will come back. Will fix your rear brakes even if you tell them you want the fronts because that's where the noise is coming from. Then they're going to shrug and wait for you to come back and pay them for the fronts that you asked to be fixed. BEWARE! Just got brakes from them yesterday. Told me after they told me it's definitely the back that the fronts had 40%. Mysteriously the front is squeaking now. 🕵🏼 Don't come here unless you just need to be screwed over so you can sue someone. My front brakes are literally grinding next day.. The ones they said had 40% left!!!! When I called to get the corporate number Ray talked over me and just kept repeating "just come back in. Just come back in." And tried to end the conversation without giving me the corporate number. Chomping at the bit to just be able to touch my car again so they can manufacture more labor through illegal practices. I came in with a car that won't stop good. Left with a car that still won't stop good and now won't go and I spent the better half of $1000....to give them the benefit of the doubt it only took them a whole day to ruin my car.

Don’t Trust this Brake Masters!!!! Won’t be going back!!! Paid $1654.33 on April 12th, 2024 for a brake job (pads and rotors replaced) with a CV Axle replacement on our 2007 Lexus GX470 with 120481 miles on the odometer. This was after Midas across the street gave me a $7384.95 for the same work. I thought I could trust Brake Masters when I took the Lexus back on March 21, 2026 for pulsating brakes during stops. Brake Masters charged me $1354.26 to replace the pads and rotors when the Lexus had 128806 miles on the odometer; 8325 miles and a complete new brake job? My wife drove the car 4K miles/year on average for the two years between Brake Master installs. I should mention about her painfully slow speeds driving habit now. Either the quality of the brake parts installed was very poor or the Lexus did not need the brake job either the first time on April 12th 2024 or did not need the brake job on March 21, 2026. What alternative conclusion should I draw? Morrow of my experience, always get a second opinion.
