View on GoogleThey have had my car for well over a week. Took them close to a week to even get it looked at. Don’t return calls quickly if at all. Gave excuses about how they couldn’t figure out the problem. Either understaffed, incompetent, or most likely they are both. Please don’t trust these 4 star reviews. I would not trust them to even do an oil change.

View on GoogleThey had my truck for 9 hours and did nothing to it, didn't even call me for any updates. Couldn't reach them, so finally went to the place at 6. The owner was not around and none of the workers knew anything about my truck. I asked them for my keys and drove away. Still no one has called. Sorry guys, you've got to do better.
View on GoogleThese guys we're recommended by another shop, but they NEVER answer the phone. They say in their phone message to text. Well I've texted a bunch of times in the last SEVEN weeks!! and they never respond. You can't tell me that a nearly two months they haven't had a minute to return a message!!! That is no way to run a business!! Amateurs. If you're that busy hire somebody to answer the phones!!!! What a surprise, within 30 minutes of my review they contacted me. Giving me a date 5 months away, which I'm declining. And let's just put it this way, they were less than professional. Told me I should have looked elsewhere sooner. Because it's my fault they don't know how to run a business.
