‘15 RDX Called first asking about Extended Warranty Work and how the handle with them.Very respectful and offered to help me no hesitation. Went to drop off my car at 5:30 (they close at 6) and the mechanic took the time to do a quick inspection after I explained the issues I was having. Explained to me it was nothing major and made the quick adjustments and I was on my way. This just shows to prove there are still honest people who are willing to help others when possible and that’s what was proven here. And I will def be coming back with no 2nd thoughts. Thank You to everyone who works here.

Pure Perfection! I took my car to Jay for major accident repairs and it now looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Jay is honest, meticulous and incredibly thorough. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and delivered my vehicle earlier than expected. Once the work was completed, he performed a full inspection with me, to make sure that I was satisfied - and I absolutely am!! On January 18th 2026, I unfortunately got into a car accident with My 2020 AUDI as it was actively snowing and the streets weren't yet plowed. I hit a guard rail to avoid hitting people standing in the street. I damaged my front bumper quite a bit as well as my front tire etc. and I was a 1000% mortified. This occurred days before I had not one not two but three back to back to back trips! I didn't know what I was going to do... I wanted to attempt to drive my vehicle home but law enforcement called a tow and sent my car to a lot in Randolph. I then needed to figure out next steps and didn't have a clue. A colleague suggested try Towne Auto Body Repair because it's located in Randolph they may be able to assist. I was apprehensive because she didn't give me much to go by but I was flying out in a day or two and needed to make a swift decision. Well I must say that was the absolute BEST decision I could have made. I called and spoke to Jay the owner who was quite personable and he immediately put me at ease. I explained that I was flying out of town will not be in the state for awhile and he reassured me that my car: MiMi-Earl was in GREAT hands. He was well-informed and advised me on how I should be communicating with my car adjuster and to my delight Jay already had a rapport with this person. So, he was able to take the lead on repairs and relieve me of a lot of anxiety and stress. He was communicative throughout the entire time my car was in his possession which was for weeks due to me being out of town. Once I received my vehicle everything was in working order and he even encouraged me to return if I had any concerns and I haven't needed to this speaks volumes to his skillset. Hence my tardy review (smile) but I still deemed it necessary to do because he and his team deserves it. Also, did I fail to note that his shop is one of the cleanest I ever seen and that within itself is impressive! I whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend Towne Auto Body Repair for your vehicle needs and ask for Jay... he's a breath of fresh-air!!!

I went in for a full service on my 2018 Lexus RX 350L. I met with Jason the owner who was very welcoming. We discussed all the work to be done in detail which matched exactly as to what the Dealer was going to do. Jason's price to do the work was exceptional and more than fair. The Dealer was double the price of Jason. When I picked up my vehicle it looked better and drove better than it has in years. I will never go back to the overpriced Dealer ever again. Jason's service was exceptional and the shop was nicer and cleaner than I could've hoped for. First class across every aspect of this experience. Keep up the great work and customer service. I highly recommend this business to all and I'm sure you will have as great of an experience as I did. AAA+

Jay and team were excellent to work with. Jay and his team are experienced students of the game who are centered around honesty, integrity, knowledge of the industry, and are very cost-friendly. This team demonstrated these qualities in their high-level detailed work. After having issues with my vehicle and hearing the opinions of other untrustworthy mechanics in the area, I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car in this teams hands. As they did for me, this team will take time out of their days to walk you though any issues they think your vehicle may have, showing high class and care for the individual driving the vehicle.
