⭐️⭐️ They did complete the job and got my truck back on the road, but I was very disappointed with their lack of transparency. They never mentioned their minimum charge of four hours up front, and I wasn’t given any kind of estimate before they started. I’ve used plenty of roadside services in the past, and most are upfront about costs and provide an estimate upon arrival. That didn’t happen here. When I pointed out that their reviews reflect the same issues I was experiencing, the gentleman just chuckled and hung up on me—which I found very unprofessional. So while they did fix the truck, be aware: this company is not upfront about their minimum charges, and their professionalism leaves much to be desired.

I was towing a track loader up on the NYS Thruway when an axle bearing blew out. Luckily I was able to get off the highway, but at the expense of the axle. I was in a bad spot and it was 8 pm on a Friday. Wendel and the crew were there in a short time and helped me get back on the road the next day. They went out of their way and above and beyond and I cant say thank you enough.

We had a very serious problem, broken 2 turbo hoses on inter cooler to turbo . We called all the services in NJ, but no one could help us with a part because it was from Saturday to Sunday. Only REDDOT TRUCK SERVICE INC and their boss did not sleep with us and took our problem very seriously. On Sunday morning they bought the necessary parts and REPLACED 2 TURBO HOSES ON INTERCOOLER TO TURBO. Great Job. What is happiness? It is when in your most hopeless moment a company like REDDOT TRUCK SERVICE INC comes to your aid. Excellent company, one of the best boss, professional mechanics, great Job. Thank God for sending you to help us. Our truck is on the road, and we are happy. REDDOT TRUCK SERVICE INC You are the Best.

Affordable and reliable – I’ll definitely recommend them. My accident happened in the late night, I was so happy someone in the shop pick up the phone and help me out to get home safe and sound. I needed the truck fuel filters changed . Ran outta fuel. Called at 7am. Response was phenomenal. In 45 minutes the service showed up. Had me going in 30 minutes. As far as prices they were upfront. When help is needed money is secondary! Speed, friendly, and precision! All were achieved! Thank you forever grateful!
