I had an excellent experience at Little Falls Auto Service. The people at this shop are genuinely great people who care about their customers.They don't put money first, they take the time to talk with you, explain things clearly, and make sure you're comfortable with any work being done. I never felt pressured, rushed, or pushed into unnecessary repairs. They inspected my brakes carefully and thoroughly, taking their time to make sure everything was checked properly. I had my brake pads, calipers, and rotors replaced there, and the quality of the work was phenomenal. The team was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process.

Choosing a reliable, competent auto service for my Volvo was not easy as I was a 50+ year customer of a well established Volvo service center that recently closed their doors. I began my search for an equally competent and reasonably priced center. Well I found it at Little Falls Auto Service. A personable service manager who is knowledgeable about Volvos. The facility is clean and organized. I was kept informed of the status of the work being done. All this within a reasonable cost. I certainly will return for routine maintenance and any unanticipated issues. I give them a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale, excellent.

Finding an honest and reliable mechanic is rare. Little Falls Auto is that mechanic. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years, not consistently unfortunately since I lived out of state for a while but now that I’m back, I’ll surely be taking my car here more frequently. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, made recommendations based on priority. No pressure, just honesty and transparency.
