Great Auto shop. Quick and painless experience. Great communication. Reasonably priced. I had an issue with a tire/wheel rim. Once the shop had an estimate for the work needed to be done, Norm called and explained what needed to be done and why. When I went to pick up the car, Barry referred me to another shop for some additional work I was looking for that they did not do in house. Solid experience and will be my go to shop going forward.

My Audi was having starting issue intermittently and my regular mechanic was not able to fix. My friend recommended Hamilton Auto Care, guys at Hamilton auto care found partial broken wire and repaired it with very reasonable price and no more issue. I am very happy and this is my new go to garage

Have been coming to this place for years and brought lots of business. I recently asked to help me fix my tesla (tire issues), left the car there for three days- when I came to pick it up, nothing was done to it. I had no calls, no messages, nothing from them. The spanish guy at the front desk was extremely rude, he said “ take it to tesla then”! He said he was the “owner”. It’s Friday now and he never called me back- wasted a whole week. Unfortunately, my entire family will not be coming back to this place. Thats what happens when a place gets a little too comfortable, they forget customer service and those that were their clients from the beginning. I will take my car to another mechanic! Learn to be careful when you speak to customers!
