Auto Care Plus Tire & Service

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The technician is very diligent and goes beyond the routine and very friendly. I felt like this was a place. I could trust my car for future needs! The waiting room was equipped with the bathroom, which always comes in handy if you are having a lot of things done. I had an oil change and tire rotation and service was fast, and price was quite reasonable! There were two customers there while I was there and both were very happy with their service! Will definitely go back for future needs!

Had to come to auto care plus in Windham unexpectedly when my car tire blew out on the highway. They were great from start to finish. Upfront with pricing, transparent and honest with what my car needed. At no point did I feel I was trying to be upsold or taken advantage of. I enjoyed working with them and plan to return for future needs. Highly recommend them.

I would like to share my experience with Auto Care Plus. I have been a customer for better than 5 years. Recently I visited the shop, and because the service was not up to par, I was not satisfied, the service was not what I have been a custom to. So I filed a substandard review because, I wanted Auto Care to know. I did not think it was going to be posted. To be fair I would like to share a story. I brought by old “Yard Truck” in for an inspection sticker, the Truck fail. I was told the truck needed a $500 part and a few items. I scheduled the appointment and ordered the parts. The truck went in, a bout an hour later the truck was ready and, I was informed the part was not actually needed it just needed to be tightened. They saved me $500 and built the trust I needed. So after 5 plus years of service I was unhappy once. I will continue to use Auto Care Plus of Windham, they have earned my trust. I would encourage others to use them as well. Tina and George are great. Fast reliable, honest service, only charge me for actual work performed. My Range Rover filters were still clean son replacements turned out to be unnecessary.
