Michael and the team were great. I showed up to the shop in an emergency. Walked me through the entire process and warranty process for the tires. Very knowledgeable and informative. They were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes and saved the day so I could take my daughter to her event on time.

Absolute legendary experience with Mike G. I had set an appointment online for balancing and met Mike at the counter and was helped and acknowledged as soon I walked in. He helped me on my 2010 Lexus LS460. Mike was very prompt and professional in listening to what I needed and understood my concerns that I had for my car. He also went above and beyond to help me get a great deal! Also, shout out to Tez the technician who did my balancing, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Mike Grande was excellent to work with! He used to manage the Peabody, Ma store. Unfortunately my original order for my Yokohama Geolander X-CV tires got picked up by another delivery team so my first appointment had to be postponed, but Mike took really good care of me. This was for my 2024 Porsche Cayenne and the team did a great job! Fast and efficient service. Really appreciate their professionalism and extra care they took.
