When I got my new tires from you guys a few months back, I wasn't expecting to deal with such a headache. My wheels were heavily damaged by the staff at Town Fair. I have photos of my wheels from the morning right before my appointment. The damage was acknowledged by the management to be their fault and they assured me that I would be taken care of. It has been months, your management ignores emails, or just does not see them. I have to physically be in the store to get any response. Every visit typically ends with you guys promising to get in touch with me for a resolution and then you ghost me. I was given an email to the store that no one has responded to for months. Update: Town Fair was able to remedy the issue which I am grateful for. Thank you.

All the techs in West Leb are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Hunter was EXTREMELY helpful and made my morning a breeze. Highly recommend. When I sat in the waiting area the techs were VERY patient with every customer that came in, even the ones that didn't deserve it. One tech sat with an elderly couple and waited patiently as they fed him misinformation about tire pressure and he never wavered. Very impressive.
